Promotes guest relations by offering appropriate information, menu knowledge, pricing, knowledge of up to date promotional contests, giveaways, concerts, providing related assistance, and treating guests in a friendly and courteous manner.Ensures responsible alcohol beverage service policies are followed by asking for proper identification from guests who appear to be under the age of 30, measuring alcohol pours, monitoring alcohol consumption, ensuring guests do not become intoxicated following established procedures, stopping alcohol service at the designated time, and clearing all alcohol containers, glasses and bottles for each venue at the time specified.
